A mixed level class and suitable for complete beginners. The class focuses on Strength, Balance, Flexibility & Traction. Helps to relieve back pain, reduce stress, improves upper body strength using the no. 1 Yoga Trapeze inversion device in the world.

*Please note: Class spaces are limited to 11 people per session

If you book a full block it will be £8 per class – speak to Reception to pay for block
