Meet the Motley Halloween Crew as they welcome you to Elgin Town Hall. Please behave and make sure you don’t step out of line… as you never know what creatures may be lurking.
Come in your best and scariest fancy dress Halloween costume with prizes for the best dressed and don’t forget to guess how may sweets are in the Trick or Treat Jar.
